• We will check the owner’s ID at the first time.

• Advance pay only, additional charges such as extension fees will be paid later when you pick up.

• Please prepare a vaccination certificate for rabies and infectious received within the past year.

• If your dog cannot be vaccinated due to old age or chronic disease, please contact us.

• Heartworms and fleas must be exterminated within a month. If we find those during boarding, we will use a disinfectant to prevent infection within the hotel.We will charge you the cost separately.

• We only accepts indoor dogs. Daily care (trimmed) required when you are boarding your pet.

•  We do not charge a cancellation fee. Please be sure to contact us in advance.
