- Please note that there is a possibility that the dogs may get scratches while playing with each other.
- Please be aware that if your dog is not used to being kept may rub their faces and bodies against cages, crates, walls, etc., causing abrasions, or licking or biting their bodies, resulting in scratches.
- We do our best to maintain the health of your pet while in our care, but if your pet becomes unwell, sick, or unexpectedly injured due to changes in the environment, we will contact the owner and ask for instructions. However, if it is an emergency, we will consult a hospital and follow the veterinarian's diagnosis. All costs will be borne by the owner.
- Please make sure to check your pet after boarding, he/she may get sick due to environmental changes.
- Staffs not available outside of business hours.
- Feature your pet’s photos taken will be at facility on our website and SNSs.
